The Rationale for Change Method

Discussing the rationale for change up front can help you create a shared perspective. It helps to articulate what isn't visible, provides direction and guidance, and determines what change interventions are needed to achieve the desired outcome. Insights Discovery®
Insights Discovery is a non-judgmental psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. The model is based on the uniqueness of the individual and is designed to help people understand themselves, understand others and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.

S3 Method
The S3 Method is a set of patterns that contribute to the development of agile, resilient organisations. These patterns are inspired by agile methodologies, lean processes, non-violent communication and the sociocratic circle idea. They provide practical solutions and structures for equitable collaboration to maximise knowledge and quality in organisations.

Holistic thinking Method
Comprehensive thinking is a strategic tool that helps to create order and tells us a lot about the culture and patterns of the organisation. What do we want to keep? What no longer serves us? The inclusive thinking method acts as a compass for the future. What we decide is good for the future will always be tested by our compass. This intervention helps to build a solid, shared identity and future choices that fit the organisation.

Scaleup Impact (Verne Harnish)
The Scaleup Impact method is a practical framework that maps out all the relevant elements for creating a growth strategy on one page; it shows our Core Values, Purpose, Brand Promise and BHAG, and Strategic Priorities for 1-3 years so that we can make a constant impact. Through rhythm and regular dialogue, the organisation learns to focus, evolve and innovate together. This approach has a positive impact on people, profit, purpose and planet.

TotalBrainBox Method
Creative Thinking (TotalBrainBox Method) teaches you to step out of your fixed patterns and tune into higher frequencies. It also teaches you to find new ways: systemic, intuitive, emotional. You can learn to think creatively OutBox (out of the box) as well as creatively InBox, creating space for innovative perspectives.
