A lot was going well and it was time to take the next steps and improve further. The production company was beginning to outgrow its start-up phase. It was experiencing growing pains and needed support to become more professional and grow into the next phase in a way that suited the organisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The approach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wirework led an iterative and intensive change process with various interventions on team dynamics, organisational culture &amp; structure, strategy and leadership. The approach used a variety of tools and working methods with a focus on open and equal dialogue, transparent approach and results.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Being sustainable is the art of constantly reinventing yourself while continuing to deliver value&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The result<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The organisation was provided with practical insights and tools to consciously evolve into the next phase. A new phase in which the organisation is confident in facing potential growth and demand, rather than being left behind. A phase in which people know their qualities, have clear insight into roles, responsibilities and processes, and experience happiness in working together for the benefit of the whole organisation.
