A common organisational language was needed to understand mutual collaboration and recognise patterns of (in)effective behaviour. The goal was to make targeted decisions together, grow and maintain a strong position in the circular economy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The approach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WireWork facilitated a six-month iterative leadership team development process. The process consisted of a collective kick-off, individual in-depth interviews and follow-up sessions with DMT members. The approach emphasised understanding existing talents and qualities through Insights Discovery, strengthening team dynamics and valuing each other&#8217;s differences.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;A team that is well connected in relationship and task can handle any difficult situation&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The result<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By taking the time to have real conversations, the team took a leap forward in their development as a &#8216;high performing team&#8217;. A team that is resilient under pressure and knows how to handle difficult situations through open dialogue, knowledge of strengths and self-awareness.
