From startup to scale-up

An international Documentary and Film Production Company had grown into a professional organisation. A lot was going well and it was time to take the next steps and improve further. The production company was beginning to outgrow its start-up phase. It was experiencing growing pains and needed support to become more professional and grow into the next phase in a way that suited the organisation.
