Strengthening Team Dynamics and Leadership

 

An innovative company with inclusive and circular services wanted to grow and maintain its strong position in the circular economy.

The ambitious growth strategy and the simultaneous reorganisation of basic processes created tensions in the executive and management team. A common organisational language was needed to understand mutual collaboration and recognise patterns of (in)effective behaviour. The goal was to make targeted decisions together, grow and maintain a strong position in the circular economy.

The approach

WireWork facilitated a six-month iterative leadership team development process. The process consisted of a collective kick-off, individual in-depth interviews and follow-up sessions with DMT members. The approach emphasised understanding existing talents and qualities through Insights Discovery, strengthening team dynamics and valuing each other's differences.

The result

By taking the time to have real conversations, the team took a leap forward in their development as a 'high performing team'. A team that is resilient under pressure and knows how to handle difficult situations through open dialogue, knowledge of strengths and self-awareness. In addition, team members were able to manage their personal development, energy balance and growth ambitions more consciously.
